Art Journal Pages
I took away the dragonfly, he'll probably look better somewhere else anyway. I added some journaling using crimson india ink and love the bird stamp (tried out these amazing liquid scrap-dots
Art Journal Pages
I really enjoyed creating this page, I am just not sure about that the dragonfly. This one is not finished yet, I am just not sure what it needs yet.
Art Journal Pages
This is my version of Donna Downey's inspiration Wednesday video this week. I used the cricut cartridge "a walk in my garden" but when I went to cut another flower the cartridge had an error..go figure. The first time I used it too. I love how the background was layered and how I made my own version of an inclusion for the word Journey. This was a fun project.
Art Journal Pages
This page was one of the first pages in my art journal, I had to try out my watercolour crayons that I used in the background. I used Claudine's stamp sets which I love. The journaling was random words of our time spent in Florida this past winter. I coloured the loops in my writing with clear sakura glitter pen.

We're in Orleans
After another beautiful winter in Ormond Beach Florida we made the long trek home in a new motorhome and I am very much enjoying being back in my home. Spending 6 months in a small space it feels good to stretch out and enjoy my large studio/craft area.
I have also been to a mega crop at St Mary's home in Ottawa on May 7th for National Scrapbooking day. I was so excited as I got to see my best friend again. I really had the best time and was even able to finish a layout and make an anniversary card for my husband George of 35 years (May 8th). Mothers Day was leisurely, Friday I received some beautiful flowers from Sean and Sarah. They stopped by with a beautiful Hallmark card...Queen of the Road. Later George and I went to Baton Rouge to celebrate our Anniversary. I will post some pictures here later. This Friday is my 58th Birthday and I'm excited to be going to Milestones.
